Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Table spoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it together
  2. Compress the flower mixture into a ball, take it out of the bowl and place it onto a floured worktop and knead the dough.
  3. Knead until you have a soft dough (the softer the better, don’t overwork it.)
  4. Break your ball of dough into small balls.
  5. Let it rest for 10 min
  6. Roll out each ball individually and cook in a pan on a high heat
