Oven veggies

Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Butternut
  • Beetroot
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Robertson Veggie spice
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 C
  2. Cut the vegetables into wedges.
  3. Place all the vegetable wedges onto an oven tray.
  4. Splash a dash of oil over the vegetables and season with salt & pepper and veggie spice.
  5. Move the vegetables around to be sure that all is covered with oil and seasoning.
  6. Cook in the oven until all the vegetables is soft and start to turn golden brown.
