Beef stew

Ingredients

  • Stewing meat
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Celery
  • Green beans
  • Stock cubes

Method

  1. In a big pot or pressure cooker heat oil.
  2. Add the diced onions and garlic into the pot fry till slightly browned. Take it out of the pot.
  3. Cut off most of the fat and season the meat and add into the pot to seal and brown.
  4. Add the chopped celery en half of the fried onions.
  5. Add the stock cubes and cover the meat with water.
  6. Cook until the meat is soft. – With a pressure cooker boil for 30- 40 minutes.
  7. Cut the carrots, potatoes, and beans add it to the pot. Also add the rest of the onions With a pressure cooker boil for 20 minutes tune of the heat and let is lose pressure by itself.
